Thanks for all your opinions. I in no way said Richard was a bad client. This was not meant to take away from his good reputation. I think he was a great client. He agreed to a cheaper rate for same day review. If he would have said from the start I need 24 hrs notice to write the review I would have respected that and not posted. I kept my end of the deal. I'm not a BIt** I just expect people to honor their word. I'm kinda disappointed in a lot of eccie members especially the providers who are sticking up for a member who didn't honor same day review. It just goes to show if you stand up for yourself when your not in the wrong you will get outted. Its very sad out of all this comments that only 1 guy understands same day review means same day.

He probably had every intention of doing it same day but you really should have contacted him first before posting to see if there was a problem with the time frame. He gave you a fair honest review within 24 hours of the appointment so I guess this one is good and done.

In my world, same day means that day. I also understand that this review was very important to you and I can understand the disappointment you must have felt when you did not receive it in the timeframe you were expecting. But, as others pointed out, it would have been in your best interest to try to work it out with him before posting about it. The delay would likely have only been minor and would have allowed you to avoid drama.

On the flip side, he also could have contacted you that night via PM or text to give you a heads up that he needed until the morning.

I in no way think he's a bad guy because of this and it will have no impact on his ability to see other providers. I also don't think you're a b---- for having posted this, but I would encourage you to let it go. It's over. Let it drift away. If you keep delivering good service, you'll be fine.

CC: you have been on this site a total of 3 days and already are becoming demanding. Making time to see someone is not as difficult as finding time to write a good comprehensive review. When I see someone and promise them a review, I tell them up front it could take up to 48 hours for the review... not 4 TO 8 hours. Good luck in the hobby, but your approach has already turned me off in ever seeing you unless your attitude changes.

My experiences with Mr. Fitzwell have been quite lovely.

I will just say right now that "same day reviews" are ridiculous expectations. Normally, as long as the fellow writes it within a reasonable time period, no harm, no foul. Yes, I understand the reasons why a quick review was wanted in this case, and why she was upset, but the young's lady's impatience, inexperience, and willingness to toss out an alert BEFORE SHE'S EVEN A VERIFIED PROVIDER over such an issue was, of course, guaranteed to create unpleasant whiplash.

It would be best for said provider to just take the high road and move on, taking this thread as a teaching tool about being flexible in the Hobby and careful in posting, as some things are not well-received/perceived by ECCIE members. One faux pau does not a reputation make, so go forth and fornicate!
