I personally dont believe in timing in intervals - its just not that serious to map it out or to over analyze: 15 minutes GFE, 30 minutes PSE etc. Its kinda mechanical. Ok, very mechanical in my opinion.Unless specifically requested, I go with the flow. I have affairs and rendezvous - not sessions. It works for some, but just not my style.

i think the time intervals are more feeling based though,
