Whoa 40 bucks! I wouldn't worry where any gentleman does his searching. At the end of the day they realize they should of looked for Quality over cost! You may see 9 out of 10 ISO relating to BP. If you look a little harder in the alert and review sections here in Houston, you will hear the horror stories. I do post on BP. It's not for every one , but most of my best clients have came from there. I have spoken with several ladies, all claim the business is slow. One even said you can price it to sell or price it to sit on a shelf and look pretty. I for one have my great regulars. I do know Houston is the Oil and gas capitol city. I also understand staying competitive with the market. So $$ is the competitive rate if you are a reputable full GFE like myself I laugh when I see the whole 40/60/80 always wondered why not just walk the street go figure..

Everyone has a reason for why they do what they do. Just do you and what your comfortable with. Wish you much luck.
