HOW DO u pick your girls?

Looks, menu, price, attitude. Not necessarily in that order - attitude counts for a lot. I typically prefer them a little older (30 and up), for a number of different reasons. I think women who are a little older are making a more informed decision about participating in this hobby, and tend to provide a better and more fulfilling experience. And I think that I have more in common with them. I suppose the 'process' looks like this:

1. See the ad.
2. Look at the pics. Am I attracted (I tend to have a wide field of what I consider attractive)?
3. Check the menu - does she provide GFE service? Any bonuses (CIM, Greek, etc.)?
4. Rates - do I find them reasonable?
5. Attitude - what does she say? Does she seem intelligent and fun? (BTW ladies - if you have a face pic, be smiling - I don't book with women who scowl.)
6. Is she easy to schedule? My own schedule makes it hard to schedule far in advance. This has prevented me from seeing a number of lovely ladies here, such as Angel and Allie Kat, that I'd have otherwise seen.

if they woud just answer the phone...... nothing like taking 30 min to find the right one and wham no phone answered... leave message wait wait say piss on it and spend 20 min looking for plan b..... call and no answer....... leave message with her and wait.... and wait and wait..... spend 15 min looking for plan c..... call and leave message to call back....... and wait and wait and wait...... look 10 min and call and still no answer... leave mesage and wait and wait and wait...... knowing i have a 40 min trip to even get to kc....... after 2-3 hours fuck it ill just go home as no one has returned the call.......

so basicly i just call p411 girls who are traveling through and they return the calls

Appearance (can read that as her picture or showcase... a nice round ass = bonus)
Rate (Does her menu, looks and rate match up with what I'm willing to pay?)
Menu (Is she a long list of Do's or a long list of Don'ts)
Availability (I'm a spur of the moment kind of guy... nights & weekends are a bonus)
Reviews (Reviews tell more than just what someone enjoyed about a girl and if THEY would see them again)

I look for initial attractiveness and price point. I do lots of research, check the pictures, look at reviews.
