Well, one thing is for sure, you can't really do anything to change the size other than some bizarre plastic surgery that might leave you with a big unnatural looking dick that doesn't work.
As was said many times...make the most of what you've got, so an average or slightly smaller sized hard and healthy boner seems to be the best fit for most situations.

btw according to http://www.targetmap.com/viewer.aspx?reportId=3073 the average hrum size is 5.1 inches in the USA. but because of porn most people perceive the hrums they see as being much bigger on average.. i am curious if providers have a much more realistic perception of what the avg really is vs. a chick who has had only a few partners
