The clients that I have seen who use them seem to for similar reasons. They are able to get hard, but have a difficult time keeping the blood flow consistent. So, for example, they get hard fall down repeatedly on their own. Without the CR it makes it impossible for them to stay hard long enough to finish. Achieving the erection is no problem, but maintaining it is impossible.
They put it on in chub state, but the one difference is when they take it off. Some take it off just before they finish, and that is because they are unable to finish with it on. Others take it off after they finish, and when the swelling goes down a bit.
All of the gents I have seen use a CR, except for one gent, use them because they need to, and it works for them. The one gent brought one once in awhile, but I am pretty sure he was on Ed meds the rest of the time. Which would mean he probably had a hard time firing up. I do not know for sure if that is true either.
There is one story I can share that a CR made a huge difference for a gent. Don't get me wrong, I actually feel every gent that I have seen use one has found just what they needed.
This particular gent, who had the best success story, he was very small. He was/is ( i just haven't seen him in awhile) gorgeous too. He was also confident in himself, and was well aware what he had to work with. Most of the time he enjoyed toys and would joke a bit about he did not have penis envy at all! And he didn't. So most appoints fs was just not possible. Many failed attempts. This was what bothered him. It bothered him because he wanted to enjoy everything. Who wouldn't!
One day he came to an appoint with three little CR's and told me to pick a color! Well ..it worked! His new sex life began!
