This Italian artist took images of nudes painted during the Renaissance and digitally altered them to have slimmer, more modern bodies. Personally, although I do like curvier bodies, I think most of the thinner models look better. A lot of the original models were thick, but without much in the way of breasts. So by making the models thinner she gave them a well-defined bosom, which is attractive.

I'm more of the #3 body type right at the moment. I'm going to be working on getting more toned and shapely this summer but I can tell you right now I'll never be #1 or #2 and I'm fine with that. I was super skinny up till I turned 21, so been there, done that. I'm a mature woman now and should look like one. (No offense to thin girls, different body types for different people right?)

"I'm a mature woman now and should look like one. "
I know a lot of girls that have that view. I would simply say don't allow yourself to fall into a category or stereotype. I was out with one of my friends once on a crowded street when a couple of guys in their early 20's were nearby and one overheard saying about her, "Man, I hope my wife looks like that when I'm her age". She was in her early 40's at the time. She used to get hit on by guys that age in bars, too. Never was there a more down to earth person, and while it was flattering, she didn't believe it. My point is that she didn't dwell on a stereotype to meet at a certain age and think she had to be there. Madonna, Halley Berry, Cher, Tina Turner and Teri Hatcher are just a few who exemplify what I mean.

I wasn't thinking of any stereo typical responses when I said that. So I think I'm good.

My two cents on this one is mainly good hygiene. Doesn't matter big or little if you don't take care of yourself I don't want any part of it. Second thing that does it for me is attitude. You can look like some of the pics shown but if your attitude sucks then again I don't want any part of it. Now if the two things I have said are great then I normally go with a woman that has some meat on her bones.

Just page after page of "real women have curves"
How about we reverse it for us ladies with comet like metabolisms. "Real women don't fear carbs" "real women think salads are for quitters"."real women can eat two cupcakes and still button their pants"
That's fair right? Its okay to be down on women that can't help it (yet Sexy Paris has nothing but good reviews) so maybe do a little preference expressing without bashing other women.

I know its geared towards men but just incase can I have one of each? (#1 if she had a bit more breasts though* I see bodies as a variety and variety is the spice of life. Of course I like BBW too (if proportionate) The face hair and chest is my main draw.

Who said this thread is about bashing others (apart from ??) ? Allie clearly stated this is not about bashing...just trying to find out the preferences of the men in this board.

Repeat: I wasn't bashing anyone. I think thin women are sexy as well. Cadence is really thin (my doubles partner) & Angelina Jolie is gorgeous and she's super skinny. Hope that clears up some of the confusion.

I wish I could express opinions without having misunderstandings. The "I'm a mature woman now and should look like one" comment WASN'T supposed to come off as antagonistic or anything so I'm sorry if it was interpreted as such.
It's a thread about physiques. ALL kinds. Not just curvy women.

How did Family Guy deal with this issue? Oh yeah.
Peter: ( sees fat Lois come in ) Oh, hey Hogzilla. You seen my hot wife Lois anywhere?
Lois: I don't know. Maybe she's out looking for a man who can satisfy her.
Peter: (laughs sarcastically) Hey, do me a favor. When you're in bed, point your butt the other way. Last night, you farted, swear to god, I thought someone was stickin' me with the cigarette lighter from the car. You're FAT.
