I do giggle when I see ladies scream from the rooftop how many reviews they have.

I haven't one on this board in a while. I haven't asked for one, and the last time a guy asked, I politely said "no thanks".

I think its about consistent services. I really do not want a hundred reviews, all of which would probably read the say way anyway.

Some ladies do not even for care reviews. Sometimes it can cause a bunch of problems. Especially if its multiple

Mr. A paid $200 for his sessions.
Mr.B Paid $250 for his sessions
Mr.C got a "friends" special.

I think someone mentioned, you may see multiple reviews for one provider in one day , but maybe she didn't see all those guys in one day, maybe he kinda took his time, and wrote the review later.

I am with ya on this one. Review Count/ Post Count mean shit to me. Anyone using that number as a badge of honor is only trying to fool the simpleminded newbies that think it means anything at all.

Hell, look at some of the top lady posters. Most of their fucking posts are "+1" or fucking conversations they should have had on a messenger.

Review counts - Quality -vs- Quantity - hmm.. in the end, you can't control another person's perception. They will determine if the amount of your recent reviews is high or low to them. They will think to themselves that you may be hard to book with, or overwhelmed. If they don't come to ask you personally, who the fuck cares.

Focus on your business and this won't even be a thought over a Mai Tai on a sandy beach somewhere...

Does a girl with a large amount of reviews in a very short span of time make you feel like you have to see her because she is that good or does it have the opposite effect?

I don't really care how many reviews a provider has as long as she has something out there that I can use to help make a decision. That can be reviews (couple of bad ones would grab my attention fast), posting style, board posting personality, her websites, where else does she advertise, does she respond to my PMs in a timeley manner. I just got a response a couple of days ago to a PM that I didn't even remember sending it had been so long ago...wtf? In 10 years or so of this I don't think I've seen an independent provider who does not advertise on this board (or aspd where I was much more active) and who does not have at least a few reviews.

Now let me make a general statement about making general statements..if you make them on this board you're generally going to step on some toes. Talking about low volume, medium volume, high volume providers and the reasons why they fall into that category will generally offend somebody. You can have an opinion on the matter but generally when you put it in writing then expect those who disagree with you to voice their opinion right back. (there..5 "generals")

On the topic of providers who actually advertise they have 1000 glowing reviews and they are all Yes recommendations.....good for them!
Every provider who posts an ad (or really posts at all) is marketing themselves. Why not market yourself that you have a large amount of reviews many from long time members and they are all yes? Sounds good to me and that approach will definitely appeal to many prospective clients. Some will occasionaly advertise (one way or another) that they are low volume, only see so many people per week, one see one new client per month and the rest are regulars. That will also appeal to people. Good for them too!
