Your supply and demand portion of your thread is a tad weak mainly because you are only stating one of the four laws. You are looking at it as if you are going to Wal-Mart and picking up milk; however, that is not the case. Basic economics apply to most things when taking into consideration the nature of the business. I.E. An hour is an hour and with valuation set by the service provider.

Maybe we can agree that some providers are flat rate, all inclusive. Others charge by the hour and have different service levels.

Could it be that the OP is asking if a basic charge is $$ for all inclusive or specified service, would some providers agree to a time charge for a service of 'lesser' effort?

When I turned out in 1984, a 30 minute FS session was $100. The "high priced" girls charged $150, and this was on the street!
