Yeah that police chief was making a name for himself and pulled favors, budgets, and task force to make the 7 star +1 setup and get publicity. Then he went to Miami and showed how he truly is/was.

This brings up another question, who is to say the rooms do not have a "monitor" camera for seeing the dude gets naked or not. If he waits till the lady to come back that might tell them you are not OK & the lady only gives you a massage and her clothing stays on.

Now I am hoping that is not the case and they do not record because should it get out they record in the rooms business is going to vanish faster than a witness set to testify against the Clintons
