Buy the Dip. That was temporary. Stock market used to be a good judge what real people think, but with so many bots and now AI, it's more - react first then settle down and think about it.

Now the tariffs are gone. Canada is gonna stop the mass illegals from coming across their border.
Like I said 15 Mounties and it’s all taken care of.

Can someone (except the geriatric morons I have on ignore to avoid points for insults) please tell me what "winning" means to Trump's sheep? I thought the main reason he was elected was to lower inflation. Yeah, I know that takes time and he was full of shit when he stated he could immediately do so, but what's up with all of this "winning" bullshit for the many broke dipshits who voted for him and still struggle to buy groceries?
Guess what? Blackmailing countries with tariffs and rescinding them when they throw Trump a bone because he is a boastful idiot just to make him think he won is not winning to me if I had to buy expired eggs just to save a few bucks.

He has to start getting something first.
Mexico had 15,000 troops at the border in 2024 now they are committed to 10,000. Last I checked 10,000 is less than 15,000.
Less than 500 lbs of Staff Edit came across the Canadian Border, so they got a Czar now to lower than number.
In other words, he got nothing. Actually, he got played to anyone except MAGA fools that believe anything.

... As we've stated - the tariff threats worked...
... Both Mexico and Canada rolled right over - like a timid dingo!
And I will add - just as we predicted they would.
... Winning! ... ...

UC, are you including what is sent here from online pharmacies? Ima sure there is a helluvalot more drugs coming into this country via a legit doctors script.
And there is government approval for such in Florida.
Pretty hypocritical if you ask me.

That would be when he stops honoring an agreement made. An agreement for 30 days ain't squat.

Well, nice to know these anticipated Trump tariffs are working out so well with our trade deficits with certain nations so far. These 30-day reprieves should help out even more.
What do you think is going to happen to consumer prices MAGAs when companies run out of the surplus of goods they are stocking up on now? WINNING! LOL
By the way, any chance some of you guys can just copy and paste a key point in an article and not the whole damn thing and simply provide a link to it if someone wants to actually read the whole damn thing? Thanks in advance.
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/us...134523863.html
"The strength of imports appears largely driven by businesses rushing orders ahead of potential tariffs, a trend unlikely to reverse any time soon given there is still the risk of 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada next month," said Thomas Ryan, North America economist at Capital Economics. "Even though survey data point to an imminent rebound in exports, this suggests the trade deficit will remain wide this quarter."
The trade gap increased 24.7% to $98.4 billion, the highest since March 2022, from a revised $78.9 billion in November, the Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) said.

With what I heard on the radio about the possible hold up of mail from China, I won't be able to get parts to repair some tools I have. Japanese designed tools made with Chinese materials.

I forget, what was inflation in the years 2017-2021 with the first round of Trump tariffs?
