Noticed the Colony location today in front of Top Golf. It took about two months for them to get the Grapevine location redone from what it previously was... and nothing at all has been done to this location, so I wouldn't expect it until next year.

They just got the Colony location from Michael Irvin Playmakers. You can't expect them to have it made over into a Rowdy Cowboy as soon as they put up a sign.


It should be done by October.

Rowdy Cowboy The Colony will officially open October 24, 2025 per their instagram (@rowdycowboy.thecolony). Let’s hope the talent is as good if not better than their Grapevine location (this will be tough to match, but I’m hopeful. Let’s see.)
