That is me breaking it down to its most simple form. I am being truthful, Im just cutting out all the red tape.

But I will show the break down process.

Infraction 1: My first post on this forum ever. I posted on someone elses review of 'Sexy Jamie'. I got a warning from Dr Egg, not to bump old threads. All I was trying to do was add the info that I had gathered, and share it. But the thread was like 5 days past its lifetime, and so I got a warning. I was adding it to that review, because I assumed as a new member, I could not do my own reviews yet. So this started everything off on the wrong foot, and Im pretty sure Dr Egg had it out for me after that.

Infraction 2: Reason given: Disregarding Staff Instructions/Repeat Violation of previous Infraction, Disrespecting Mods. From: Dr Egg. This is in regard to how I pointed out that Dr Egg was mistaken about the video I posted. Here is the exact post. https://www.eccie.net/showthread.php...post1062333960
I got a red infraction and 5 points for this post. When what I did, was point out that Dr Egg did not understand how youtube ads work. And the fact that he got a strange commercial at the beginning of the video, was because of his own browsing history.

So I break this down to. Infraction, Reason: Pointing out that a mod was mistaken.

Here I was defending myself from this jerk, who wasnt adding anything usefull to the conversation, and was trying to insult me, calling me a whiner.

In my opinion, being called a dick, isnt that big of an insult. And with all the special lingo you guys use, for all you know FU can mean Fun Unknown.

I break this down to being treated unfairly, as that same person who insulted me, did so again later on in the same thread, and I just have to have faith that he got the same treatment I did.

Once again I was defending myself. At this point I was quite frustrated with how I had been treated up until this point, by some users and the mods.

I break this down to getting an infraction for telling that Dr Egg was mistreating me and giving me unwarranted infractions, and abusing his power. IE, pointing out I got an infraction.

So...

I got infractions for,

1: Posting actual real gathered info, in a 5 day past due thread. When all I was trying to do was help others with new information.

2: Pointing out that a mod doesnt know how youtube ads work, and that he was wrongfully persecuting me.

3: Defending myself from insults from other users.

4: Pointing out that the mods were treating me unfairly, and abusing their power, and calling them a dick. After they themselves have been insulting me openly.

Blue I understand your points. Agree with some if not most or all. But you will not get mods or a admin to back off right now. Few years ago yes, but now at this time, nope.

This is not the SHMB it was not long ago. I would bet most mods and admins are not even logging on with the changes here and other things like mmm C19. You heard the term SHMB lawyer. Well some are mods and most also MIA. With the Texas law changing the board even changed ownership. Past own would hear a case like this. Rule in your favor or not who know, Don't matter he gone. This handle of mine was banned for life. The past owner brought me back. If all over again now as is, this handle would be history.

The changes SUCK but it is what it is
LOL as some of us fight to bring back as past. It goes to sucks more.To make a point one mod must have cleared my points. Another puts them back. I think with date expires I would have 10. But I got 20 as when put back new all the same expire date.

While our policy is not to discuss infractions and Cryptkicker offered an explanation I’ll gave you my reasoning and fill in some of the missing data you conveniently left out. Yes I gave you a warning (no points) for bumping a encounter that was over 30 days old and while you say it was just a day or two over the 30 day limit it was actually over 60 days this was a warning the same that would have been given to any member on this site (I’m sure some involved in this conversation will agree with). You also forgot the PM’s you sent and I replied to offer assistance navigating the site and the rules we have. You decided to ignore these rules.
The second was a pointed warning for not listen to staff instructions this was given after multiple instructions were ignored. Yes you incorrectly posted a link and when it was opened I had a diaper commercial with a minor, pictures, videos and text with minors is removed immediately. This did not come from my cookies because I surf in a protected mode and have never looked it diapers but this does not matter because any of our members could have clicked on that link and viewed illegal images ( images must meet ECCIE standards) these are spelled out in the guidelines which you were given.
So if that’s “having it out for you” then I’m guilty, you a warning then 5 points. These could have been prevented if you only took 5 minutes to read the sites guidelines.

This is last I’ll speak about this and as I said before this is generally not discussed in open forums but we need to be fair and hear both sides of the story.

Ok, I was mistaken about how old that thread was. But 60 days really isnt that old. And as I stated, I only posted on that thread, because I thought as a newbie I was not allowed to post my own review. And all I wanted to do was share info, the whole point of this site.

If I myself had posted anything about kids, I would have no problem at all with being permanently banned. Not just an infraction, but a full ban. However I did not post anything of the sort. Regardless of what cookie and ad blockers you use, the ads you get are 100% generated from your computer. Not from mine. I am not responsible for what ads you receive on youtube. That is a cold hard fact. And Im pretty sure that your not suggesting that I hacked into your computer, to manipulate what ads you get.

The things I left out, were from the private discussion you and I were having in PMs. I was respecting that privacy and not exposing what was said there.

And as for 'read the rules'. For one, the rules are hard to even find. For two, they are the same as they are on every forum. Be nice, dont harass people, dont insult people, behave in a civil manor, no child porn, etc etc.

For the more specific rules, like the sticky thread at the top that says, "No ISOs". I actually clicked on that and read it before I posted anything on this website. But you know what? The thread "No ISOs, doesnt say what a freaking ISO is. So there was no possible way for me to know.

Almost exact experience I've had with mods. They also brush off any complaints of harassment. It's frustrating, but hang in there.
