I've never seen it at HEB, is that something new? It's actually been a couple years since I looked for it though after I started making my own.
Is it any good? A lot of times stuff like that gets overdone. Looking at some of the commercially available ones they have spices listed other than the crushed red pepper. Some use green chili and jalapeno. It looks like they're trying to make salsa.
It's expensive to cook for 1 and if you're not a leftovers person a lot will go to waste.
