You do not seem to understand. "Rules" are only rules when they apply to the peons. When you are talking about the anointed superior beings of ECCIE--such as W--they are "guidelines", and certain posters--W for example--seem to be given an exceeding amount of leeway.

But that's not what you previously wrote, which is why I commented on it. (Note the quoted text in post 54.) There's no mention of mods, on or off the mod clock, but only Whispers and posters-to-come from the "Houston cesspool."
