Why does anyone get a tax break for supporting charitable organizations i.e.animal rescue.
You’re daffy.

So is Walmart.

{"The new policy would allow more categories of employers, including publicly traded companies, to opt out of providing free contraception to women by claiming religious objections. It would allow any company that is not publicly traded to deny coverage on moral grounds."}

So the Judge feels that if the women can't make someone else pay for their birth control then they have lost access to it?

By this logic if their employer refuses to provide them with transportation to work, he has denied them the ability to be employed, why do they feel others owe them free shit?

The same reason say a company pollutes because idiots like you do not want proper regulations and then the company can go bankrupt and the taxpayers will pay for the clean up.

Or that idiots want tax breaks for having fucking kids....you seem not to bitch about that!

Nice attempt at a pivot, what does employees demanding free shit like birth control have to do with a company violating the law by polluting?

By your logic if employers are forced to give employees free cars it will help the environment.

Healthcare is up to the patient ... even in this fucking fascist regime.

Patients’ ability to decide about their own health should not be dictated by the free market or regulated by the government.

Now Cherie, you mustn't look at the OP as being at all representative of the rest of the male gender. StandinStupid is very much an outlier. Besides, he didn't grow his boobs, he paid for them!

the judge (and you also) is an idiot

every law is the idea and outgrowth of someone's morality

requiring people to pay for another's birth control pills or abortifacients is the forcing of someone's version of morality one each of us

I guess all it has ever taken to force a version of morality is more votes

And since the left LOVES whining about 'separation of church and state' as its pushing christian values on everyone else, HOW then are they all ok with forcing everyone to contribute to abortions when they are against it??

its a contradiction because you can have only one of the them, certainly not both as you claim.

LOL,you are funny Assup, I know you're smarter than that.

The four words (free market/government regulated) together are in and of them selves contradictory. So just in case you have no idea what they mean, lets educate:

"The free market system places ALL the EMPHASIS on the INDIVIDUAL. That means the individual is free to choose what products to buy, where to work, how much to work, etc. In a centrally planned economy PEOPLE ARE TOLD what job they will do, their told how much of a product they get, they're expected to work a lot and receive little in return. The communist mantra is "From those according to their ability and to those according to their need". This may sound great except it doesn't work in reality. People respond to incentives. If the most effective way of receiving a reward is to act needy rather than to work hard then guess what people are going to do? One may say that a disadvantage of a free market economy is that it is very inequitable. While this is true if you compare a poor person from a free market country to an average one from North Korea or Cuba you'll likely find that the "poor" person from the free market economy is better off than the one from the communist country. So if you'd rather be poorer as long as everyone else is poor too then you can consider the inequality of income from free markets to be a disadvantage and the equality under centrally planned to be an advantage. I'll say again, generally those that are poor in a free market economy are better off than the average person from a centrally planned economy".

Can you explain this? Your concept is that a person should be able to spend as much of the governments money on any sort of "health care". Anything short of that statement would be government regulation. If they have to spend their "own money", then the "free market" will be at work.

You are an idiot and an extremist of the worst kind.
