I prefer to run them under got water first....it feels better..but I do think that the uv sterilizer I want will solve a couple of issues and/or concerns that might arise

I have those too!!! I got the blue gem though, lol as if that matters. I really enjoy them and find they work best when warm and I slather coconut oil all over it to help me out.
I enjoy pegging, haven't gotten around to buying my own stuff though.
