The classy thing to do would have been not going through with the appt in the first place.

I've been there too: I've had a few providers start their cycle during the session. They were classy enough to apologize, stop the CFS and offer up to finish me off with a BBBJ they even gave me half my money back. No it's not the session you wanted but it's better than the awkward outcome.
