Thanks doove. That is the direction I am trying to take this. But on a less personal level. If it is too personal, then I can live with that too. I don't know her motives, hence the question. It was an assumption about the money due to her previous posts.

Welcome back or not, it certainly seems weird for someone to make such a grand exit with a magnificent flourish, the platitudes about "accomplishments," and then come sweeping back in with a story about missing "us" so much. When in reality, this "retirement" was merely an extended vacation at best.

Where's the sense in any of that? Doesn't seem entirely rational -- or stable. She couldn't foresee that she'd "miss" "us" so deeply?

It just seems to me that making a lower-profile departure would have been more prudent, and less potentially embarrassing.

I am reminded of those scenes I've seen in movies and plays where a character stages an attention-getting exit, only to "depart" mistakenly into a coat closet.

No doubt. But in fairness to Brooke, her failed "retirement" was hardly the first, and far from the grandest.

To be frank, It really isn't about the extra play money. I can understand how so many Ladies come back from retirement. Even if they are in their dream job/relationship/house/car/ college I have seen Ladies come back because they miss it.
I take the majority of the winter off. I don't like traveling in the snow and I like to spend the holidays with my parents, siblings, and the rest of my huge extended family. When my birthday comes around in February I can't wait to dive back into the hobby again, I genuinely miss it and the people that I have become friends with. There is also a rush that you get while you set up an encounter plus the sexual anticipation of meeting a new person or seeing a regular friend that you can't replicate anywhere else, not even from meeting strangers online, it isn't the same at all. I miss that rush and fun all winter long.
Back on topic, if you do chose to come back BB, I am sure that you will be welcomed with open arms.

Well I mean, one foot in the door or not, she might go away again.
I have a really close friend on another site that bought her dream house, is engaged to an amazing supportive man, has her dream job, doesn't owe a penny for school plus has no mortgage to pay, and she doesn't even have to work another day in her life because her fiance' is so loaded. She came back because she missed the Gents, the rush, and the new experiences.
I get it, like I said, after winter I am SO excited and dying to get back into the game.

In the winter I take a break from traveling because it is a nightmare. I live 2 hours from Buffalo, an hour from Erie, 3 hours from Pittsburgh, 2 1/2 hours from Cleveland, and I hate flying to Vegas in bad weather, especially snow. I run specials all winter and only see Gents that come to me (I don't do outcall at all; I am referring to Gents coming to where I live), unless it is an extremely rare occasion, in which case I might go to Buffalo or Erie, though I highly doubt that will happen.
