No, not racist. I would cite statistics on the group that has the highest rate of HIV/AIDS infection, how they contracted it, and how they pass it on to females.

Covers and handjobs are prob the only preventive measures you can take. Regular testing does nothing to stop infection and is not preventive. Positive tests are only helpful if the person getting the bad news stops providing/hobbying. Just saying.
