Here's something you should try to come to grips with: ALL the women in this business are in it for the money. Are you sure you know where you are? Show me a provider who is in this business for something OTHER than money and i'll show you a provider who won't be in the business very long.

Being in it "just for the money" in NO way makes providers undeserving of respect. What respect are providers supposed to "give" in order to "earn" respect of misogynists? Some providers may earn a reputation for bad TCB, or frequent NCNS, and some hobbyists may interpret that behavior as showing disrespect for hobbyists (or men in general). But that's really about nothing more than their lack of business acumen. It doesn't make them undeserving of basic human decency.

Let us keep in mind that the board is not even close to any accurate gauge or depiction of who the actual gentlemen are.

It has been stated over and over again by many providers that the forum A-holes are often perfect gentlemen and great guys upon meeting in person just as the sweet posters often end up with alerts posted about them.

OP under your last handle you yourself stated that you considered Whispers a wonderful guy and friend off board yet few here would refer to him as a gentleman on the board.

I take nothing about the board seriously or personally because it's 100% alias BS banter and fantasy entertainment.

Regardless of what any of us feel about the Whispers, SL or even RR board personas, in all these years I've yet to see one single alert posted on any of them.

Almost every time a provider or monger posts about their RW encounters with these individuals it's in a positive light.

I am not suddenly turning pro Stooge on the board but I am keeping things in perspective.

You can't make everybody happy all the time. So just do what you want to do. In the corporate world I had to put up with obnoxious behavior. That's what I love about the hobby world. I don't have to put up with it. If I don't want to see someone - I don't have to and if someone doesn't want to see me they don't have to either. Really, this job is heaven for me compared to supervising and managing people in a corporation.

yea i agree about the ignore button, it is the way to go. it has saved my ability to be here and enjoy the boards. I do try to make positive posts and think of topics that create discussion. I try to make coed the sort of environment i want to hang out in. We need to create a positive open and friendly place for both sexes to interact and have fun. I will continue to make topics and posts about things here and stay positive because that is what I want coed to be. I won't reply to insults or direct attacks from the haters because the rest of you know me and what sort of character I have and what sort of excellent service i provide If we totally ignore the haters and all put them in ignore they would not get the attention they so desperately desire. My coed time is so much more fun now that i use the ignore feature.
