It seems to me, you wouldn't be hiring "someone off the streets", maybe a former provider? Screening is what you do after all. And they would not necessarily have to have access to accounts, but only screen ads and pass violations on to another one of your more trusted staff. Having just joined, I liked the ads, I know that providers pay a hefty fee for the ads as many have commented so. But it's your business, you should know how best to move forward from here. But I must say, your offer to "take our business elsewhere" was not that good of a move after just cutting services. Even though it was meant for one, many are taking it to heart. It just makes it look like you don't value your clients loyalty... my opinion

Maybe that's true as a whole, I have no clue. A few months ago I would have agreed with that, as I primarily did the same. For me personally though the advanced search is basically useless now that activity lists are gone. Simple city filter is all I use now.
I do wish there were a way to filter by girls currently online, that would be helpful.
