PPE No Longer Mod?

I just had to be under kitten (and try to bring this thread further around to be about you and not someone else)...Maybe the powers that be can exercise some editing on this thread and delete all the "contributions" (better called "diminutions") on this thread that are not about you.

What the general mass of members don't think about is that the mods are VOLUNTEERS, that many of them spend 5-25 hours a week VOLUNTEERING to help the board and other members. And that the mods are ALSO MEMBERS.

Suggestion: Start a thread that the mods can use to explain some of the things they like about doing what they do, what they don't like, what they wish members would do to make things run more smoothly, etc. If you don't, maybe I will.

PPE, what do you think? AND THANK YOU AGAIN for all your hard work. I personally know from a handful of ladies how you went the extra mile (not PPE junior --- sorry) AND helped guide them in setting up their business along with other stuff. Am sure there were many, many more. You were never one to brag about what you were doing, either. During the times we spent together, you had plenty of time to put yourself in the center. You never did that to your credit.

As for the flogging stuff, just stay away from my ass and you can do whatever you want to everyone else!

Instead of points or banning, that the offending member can opt to come to a social and get publicly bound and flogged??!!??!!??!! What do you think about that?

I think when someone loses Mod status, all the points and bans they issued should be dissolved.

I personally think ppe tried his damndest to get me banned, mostly over some bullshit.

Just gotta share...for those inclined towards anarchy, there is a place where there are no moderators. It's called prison and they're called guards! It's a place in many countries where PPE's hobby of flogging is for REAL.

I find myself again agreeing with CPI, wow, there really is a new world out here....

This kinda junk is not missed, all the chest beating and strife. I am completely truthful in hoping the individual finds his bliss somewhere, I have always tried to keep a cool head, no matter the issues. And some days, that was damn hard to do.

But we need to keep our drama to ourselves except where it directly affects someone's safety or enjoyment of the hobby. Dallas is a very busy and active hobby zone and the mods have enough to do without having to get involved here on this kinda junk.

Torito, you are a good man, was an honor to work with you and I hope SurfinDick can help you all out with keeping this stuff under wraps. SDick, I don't know if I can help you, but I do offer my experience if needed.

Once a MOD is liked & respected, no matter if he is a MOD no longer.
