Just like a job I did a couple of weeks ago.
Not really a job. People had problems and had someone else come by and didn't address the issue.
I told them the issue, prevented further loss of $$$ on their part, and made it possible to get figures for them to determine which course of action for them to take. Even found out they lied to me about the age of an item and I am able to cover it under warranty.

All without taking one dime from them.

Now they call back and are complaining. All I can think is "You got WAY MORE service than what you paid for."

How can you complain about a Mod here when they are not being compensated?

Start putting a crowbar in your wallet and buying them off like the good old U. S. of A. way or swallow it.

They volunteered and accepted the responsibility. If they can't hack it or put in the time they should get out of the way. How often in real life do we see some business represented by mediocre staff because they are cheap or management is unaware? when the dissenters reach a level that management is more annoyed by the staff than the complaints they change staff.
