Reagan stuck to his guns. But you have to say when he met Gorby, his personality had to have an affect. And writing that he is still alive, you remind me of the other KGB head who lead Russia. Thank god he died soon after. Maybe an inside poisoning

I am truly amazed at the number of utterly clueless idiots who insist on outing themselves as such.
I dug out the original interview writeup, where Trump supposedly praised Putin.
The interviewer stated in so many words (exactly one, actually) that Trump was being sarcastic.
NONE of the Democrats noticed the sarcasm.
NONE of our local Trump Derangement Syndrome patients noticed it.
I strongly suspect that none of them even considered the possibility, because it would go completely counter to their beliefs and agenda.

And you guys take everything out of context. Putin has had Biden's number for years, and has prepared for this invasion ever since Biden took the oath of office. Biden's energy policies in the last year actually paid Russia enough extra money to fund the invasion. Trumps comments were about the Putin's abilities to conduct the invasion in a way that would be successful for Russia, not that it was the right thing to do.
