I lost two more pounds when I step on the scale today. I think I'm going to take some new pictures real soon so you can all see some more of the transformation. The holidays have not affected me like I thought they would as far as my eating. I've been doing really good and that is a blessing.

Without getting too personal with your eating and working out plan just a tip from someone who stays in the gym year round, if you are short on time or just get tired Of doing all the meal prep like me I highly suggest either healthycoursemeals.com or sensible portions. They help keep me lean all year, keep up the great work!!
