In this environment of the rich getting all the monies from govt giveaways (tax cuts) they aren’t buying new washing machines, more groceries, new cars ect, they are buying stocks. Corporations enjoying the same giveaways, they are also buying back their own shares plus of course the huge bonuses to the rich who in turn buy stocks, crypto, property ect.
The market will climb after all it’s a supply/demand equation and with the rich getting almost all the free monies, the monies into the market far outweigh the decrease in products purchased hence the historic highs in PE, PS and PB. Fundamentals don’t mean much in grand scheme of things (still meaningful when weighing which to buy not not w market in general). Gross margins are at historic highs as price gouging has hit new levels, sell less units but raise prices to lock in that profit growth along with lower taxes, makes even the laziest companies look like they’re decent and not ZOMBIE’s who stay alive because of these giveaways for most part. Plenty of Great co. But plenty of zombies as well.
These politicians have made my retirement grow incredibly as using common sense knowing what is happening in USA and taking advantage of it will keep one ahead of the game.
Bitcoin new highs as I mentioned it as easy play during its meltdown, it’ll be 3-8 times higher by trumps last year.

Tariffman changes his mind on tariffs like a woman trying to pick out dress.
Markets are mostly tuning him out due to all the flip-flops, delays, backtracks, buster and bullshit.

With all of donnie's flipfloppery and bed-shitting regarding tariffs, what foreign company, in its right mind, would even consider investing in America right now?
This is not how you MAGA

You have noticed that when he walks back or pauses his dumbass tariffs the market pops, yes?
That applies here too, Bam. Implementing the China tariffs pointed directly towards recession. The pop here is heavily due to him walking that back and people mo longer seeing the brink of the end of everything they know and love at the store.
Kinda like what just happened with the U.K.

Exactly.
This is trumpism 101: start a fire, partially extinguish the fire you started, pat yourself on the back for partially extinguishing your own fire, celebrate the fact that the fire you started is now smaller than it was a week ago, and finally, tell morons everywhere that you're a genius. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
trump's tariffs are one of the biggest unforced errors in U.S. history - especially given all history he could have learned from (if only he was capable of learning).

This was an interesting surprise today
Quote:
In a sweeping opinion, a three-judge panel of the New York-based Court of International Trade struck down President Donald Trump's global tariffs as "contrary to law."
The judges found that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act -- which Trump used to enact his tariffs -- does not give him the "unlimited" power to levy tariffs like the president has in recent months.
"The President's assertion of tariff-making authority in the instant case, unbounded as it is by any limitation in duration or scope, exceeds any tariff authority delegated to the President under IEEPA. The Worldwide and Retaliatory tariffs are thus ultra vires and contrary to law," the judges wrote.
According to the judges, Congress, not the president, has the authority to impose tariffs under most circumstances, and Trump's tariffs do not meet the limited condition of an "unusual and extraordinary threat" that would allow him to act alone.

Trump tariffs get halted by a court and markets pop, then get reinstated and markets dip.
Proof that the world wants less of Tariffman's dumb tariffs and TACO plans
