Man the last couple of weeks my ATF has given me a work out. I have just recently got back into the exercise program but the sex has really given me a good work out.
Tracy I always like your posts and agree I bet you can hold your own. But the question is can I?

Darn, looks like my services may no longer be needed. Would be happy to massage out the soreness. At least your soreness happened after the "exercise." I remember one time getting ab cramps in the middle of the "exercise." But, was having such a good time did not want to stop. Basically we stretched it out while "exercising." Not the most glamorous but we made it work.
If you overdid your gym workout yesterday, let me know. Sometimes preventitive massages are best!

In years past, there were times when I viewed a sex encounter...as a sort of athletic event. Both parties, like athletes, prepare ahead of time to put on their "game gear" and "game face".....and then just let it explode. Marathon sex, pounding, vigorous sex. The kind you feel for days after.

Omg stop. Lol I honestly haven't went to the gym in a few months but I found losing weight is more about diet and portion control. If I do eat at a fast food place, I don't eat fries or chips. No sodas. Stuff like that.

That's my issue. No self control. Ha. Yeah need to cut out fast food but chik fila so good. Sodas I have pretty much cut out and have noticed a difference in how I feel. Now if I could just drink more water that would help.
That and more sex workouts. Ha
