Such lists are a very bad idea for exactly the reason you mentioned. Some will use them to pursue an agenda rather than actually try to help the community. Anyone misidentified in such accusations will have their reputations irreparably damaged for no reason.

Screening and the sharing of information are the best defense. Be vigilant.

I totally understand what you're saying, Miss Amber, and I agree to a point.

I never mind open communication because it let's all parties concerned to know and understand where they stand on certain rules and issues. So I have no problem with anyone merely asking me if I provide this or would I do it, etc. Without any doubt the answer to doing bareback is, of course, a huge NO but I dont sacrifice a guy for asking. That type of guy is the very reason I wont ever do bareback to begin with. Who knows what extra baggage he carries around on a daily basis down in his nether region! I really rather be asked and given the respect and choice to say no than for a guy to try and sneak it in. That is just fucked up and those who do try and slip through are blacklisted forever and are remembered come reference request time.
