Wrong; many states include fetus within the definition of "person" and have laws to protect them.
Currently 38 states have fetus protection laws that define fetus as a protected person in varying ways.

I love it when the left practices eugenics on their own. Call it a "right", tell them they are tying to take away that "right" and they will support the killing of their own. If I was one of the liberal elite and worried "they" could come for me, I think I would con them too.

I stated the law. That would drive someone like you crazy. The idea someone would obey the law instead of taking it into their own hands.
Moderator isn't the only thing you are super at. You seem to be able to pull large items out of your ass at will.

Do you need the definition of fetus posted again?
Saying they are the same a million, no a billion times, doesn't make them the same.

Nope they include it in the definition of person; for example, Alabama Code § 13A-6-1 (2006) defines "person," for the purpose of criminal homicide or assaults, to include an unborn child in utero at any stage of development, regardless of viability and specifies that nothing in the act shall make it a crime to perform or obtain an abortion that is otherwise legal.

No, we just assumed you had a dictionary. By the definition, what is killed when aborted is a living thing. Body developing just like it would keep doing if birthed. When it comes out, it's still developing just doesn't need the shelter of a womb anymore because the protection features in the body are formed while still in the womb. You know like skin an shit for us dumb name callers.
A*fetus*/ˈfiːtəs/, also spelled*foetus,*ftus,*faetus, or*fætus, is a developing*mammal*or other*viviparous*vertebrate*af ter the*embryonic*stage and before*birth.
Seeing as tho the mammal would be a human woman, I think it would be safe to assume the fetus is human also. Then seeing as tho it's growing, ie...developing stage before birth, and that the cells are forming organs and after a while you can even hear a Lil heart best. You can clearly make out what it is in a ultra sound, so what part of that don't you think is alive. If you kill it, you just killed your child. To each own tho

So what are your views on a girl that is raped? Is a zygote viable? Just how many of these precious little darlings are you supporting directly? Don't put economic burdens on me to support unwanted babies.

I don't have any right now because I'm not ready yet so don't lump me in your silly stereotypes. I'm very responsible when it comes to safe sex and birth control for you info. You need to take it up with your Congressman about your economic burdens. Orphans aren't hardly the reason we are in the financial shit hole we are in. We send money helping all over the world to countries that can't stand us and bomb some country every chance we get for other peoples problems and you say nothing, but we should kill unborn babies cause they burden us economically.

If it's rape, I still believe it shouldn't be killed. It can be given away to another family at birth. An abortion is not going to make you forget what happened. Nothing ever will, but the baby didnt do it. It's like taking it out on an innocent child who happens to have a bitch- ass dad. I understand I haven't been in that situation(praying never), so I know my opinion on it weighs as much as ant fart, but I just don't believe in taking an innocent life. With that being said, let me go from moderate back to left-wing and say I do also believe in a womans right to choose what she wants to do. It's her body and her life to live after. I just hate when they choose death.

I am sorry, I was not implying that you had children, it is just that I have found that those who oppose abortion are never willing to step to the plate and support the babies that are born. I address this same question all the men also. I advocate free and easy available abortions. Arguments on when life begins mean nothing to me. I don't celebrate the birth of a crack addicted baby who will grow up to be a Gangsta, and eventually kill innocent people.

refer to earlier post for source cited for this stat ... less than 2% of abortions are performed because of rape/incest.
So should we destroy all lives that my tax dollars are currently supporting via...
welfare, obama phones, ssi, social security, etc?

The fact that a murderer can be charged with the death of an unborn child in most states blows Munchie's argument away. The fact of life can be changed by whether or not a mother wants a child.
