+1 on the hangers. Agree with most of what's posted here. But I will say that while I search for and insist on certain activities -- BBBJ, DFK, SS, DATY, DATO, etc. -- there is a certain friendliness, a human connection on some level, that is very important. IOP is great, but while I understand providers have other clients, knowing that I'm not just the next guy on the schedule, ensures a repeat visit. I should note that Kaylee is excellent in this regard. I've been uber busy, but I owe her a repeat visit for that very reason. Should also mention that Elisabeth Whispers is excellent too. Oh, and make sure I don't forget my glasses.
