Sorry, but Carl is a horrible child character. In my opinion, he needs to go, but I think a lot of the story arcs will be about him becoming a fearless zombie killer.

I could see Carl becoming a more important part of the group as he gets older. Not sure if I agree with it or not, but I don't think he is a horrible child character. Im not sure how old the character is supposed to be, but how much can you expect out of a child who isn't even in his teens yet?

So what did you think of the last show and WTF was up with the heads in the fish tanks at the end?

The Govenor sees himself as the leader of the new world. He views male outsiders as a threat to his control. If you noticed all you saw where women walking around the city, he welcomes all the women because they are the breeders of what will be the citizens of his new world. All outside men will be killed because they threaten his power. The heads like KM said are his thropheys.

Perhaps there is some Frankenstein like plans to reattach the heads in the future. Didn't one of the heads look like the picture of his wife?

I saw a few guys in the background, one was picking up a kid at the end of the show to look inside the army humvee. I agree though he may see some folks as a threat to his power. Sucks though because I'm sure those army guys could have been a valued asset to someone, somewhere.

I think most of the guys where the ones he founded the city with, but he has long presented himself as the Leader in his group. Most of the other men I saw walking through the town whether either old men or young boys.

Those army guys were a ready made unit that would have backed each other up against anyone including the governor. They were a threat. Only certain (in my opinion corruptible) men are acceptable.

That kid is broken now, damaged goods. He will either break or become a serious problem as a heartless killing machine. He would be the kind of person who doesn't lead but is the enforcer in the background.
