Honey I have been around for a long time too under my old handle& I would have still made this comment. All im saying is It just came off wrong thats all and to be nice. SL had a very strong opinion on her rates .. so what if they are over the top then thats the Providers choice but to be so adamant on her structure was a bit much. Just wooa cowboy be nice is all i was saying.

Salsa ur right current profiles and rates need always to be updated or have some consistency..so that no one is misled.
