This guy's an obvious moron. He tried to drop the name of the Greece chief of police when he was popped for dui a few years back instead of just letting the thing play out and using his contacts later. That chief is now doing time BTW. First rule is you don't shit where you eat. My guess is he was shitting in Buffalo and decided to bring some take out back to the Ra Cha Cha. Not a clever move in retrospect.
