The correct title of that Quiet Riot song was actually "Metal Health"...

It was the title track from the album of the same name. People started referring to it as "Bang Your Head" because that's what is sung in the chorus. I did see some compilation CDs released in '90s that used the incorrect title, but the original album will confirm the title, "Metal Health".

I'm planning on going to the upcoming dethklok concert here in htown. Lamb of god is tagging along too. If there were more metal head chicks down there I'd take one.
I got so caught up in work I fucking missed the monster energy tour with slipknot headlining.

F YEAH! I did my graduate work at UH! I used to go to the engine room and the continental club. I can't remember the name of the place but I saw the suicide girls cabaret at a club on Westheimer near Katz. If you really want to hit close to home I was one of the managers that helped open the coffee shop at Smith and West Gray in Midtown. I was a bad girl though, I used to hang out at Dedricks because it was close to where I lived in Montrose I had some awesome guys in bad ass bands work for me at the coffee shop. Some of the wildest best nights ever were going to the Penthouse Club or Babydolls with bands after shows and taking over a section.

Damn this is a threads i should have started huge metal fan here i would have to say favorite Band is Megadeth and Metallica, seen both many many times, favorite new metal band would have to be Avenege Sevenfold and Bullet For My Valentine. But you have to go back to its roots for the best which is Black Sabbath and Judas Priest.

I saw Rammstein in Cleveland a couple of months ago. Now those guys are amazing. That was as metal as metal can be.
