So I have to ask, how does this story even begin to be hobby related ?

A fine example is previously display in the above many post (Joan and Ezra) of mainly nothing.

I think Ms Joan was attempting to relate a story of redemption and change.
An encouraging look at what could be.

However, when she threw out the personal attack " get off the Coke" the discussion degenerated into what we have now.

This can be an example proving my opinion that before one hits the "send" button one should carefully reread their post and decide if they are communicating what they intended to say.

OR I could be wrong and its just batshite crazy.

Personally, I can't figure out how Joan's responses relate in any coherent way to what EE wrote...at all..it reads like we are reading the random combination of one side each of 2 different conversations.

Seems like Joan wandered off into left field all by herself, confusing EE and a few others along the way.

Glad Joan got all her stuff back. EE, you're not alone in your wonderment regarding the conversation (or lack thereof).

I liked Joans suggestion that they discuss over a beer. You obviously have two very smart women here & would guess they would find a lot of common ground. Its too easy to read wrong meaning into IM's or emails...much easier to just have a face to face free flowing conversation.
In this forum, its easy to see everything as a statement of position rather than an open ended communication.

Much like a movie you did not really enjoy but your not sure if its because you blinked and missed something that would have made it make sense I will have to go back and re-read the thread.

What about all the other weird stuff you do and say.
You have already been called out for reading too far into things.
You did it to me too, and then never replied back in the thread.
