my clientele know my intentions and why I'm even in the hobby. why should i feel the need to hold back? I have always been an honest and upfront girl. this should never be a long term "profession."

I wish the best for Sweetheart and she has great reviews and has been a great provider. but VK aren't you shocked? I am! I would hope she isnt forced into any situation that she is not happy in. Closing your eyes and swallowing your pride sounds very troubling!

lol that's sweet of you guys to be concerned. I am doing this by my own free will & independently. I'm not personally complaining but I mean if it really was that big of a deal I simply wouldnt do it, its that simple. & I never said everyone is a bad time. the ones that have been I've already turned away. and I never know if it's gonna be bad until the day we meet so at least they get once with me

I recently posted a negative review on a session with a particular provider who I really like personally, but for reasons I won't go into here had a bad morning going and it resulted in a session that has been characterized by others as terrible. I posted that review because I had experienced just the opposite thing a few days earlier when I had my first session with the same provider and had written a five star positive review. I posted this second review because I thought it was important to let other potential clients know that my original recommendation had changed due the experience I had the second time. I considered not saying anything, because I like this particular provider and did not want to offend her and run the risk of damaging a budding friendship. I knew that ROS details are frequently shared with providers and that she would eventually see this review and told her as gently as possible that I had posted the review but I did not elaborate and did not go into detail about it when we spoke again on the phone and later when I took her shopping and helped her change rooms. I wasn't really that upset by that second experience as most people would be but I learned to be sensative to her circumstances and have elected not to spend money but rather time and energy getting to know her. I can easy separate the behavior from the person. It does not change at all what happened during our second session and my decision to let other Premium Access Members know the details honestly and objectively so they can use this information to decide whether or not to invest in seeing this provider and what they can do if they go see her to improve their odds of having a good time. Everyone has a bad day and I even said that in my title for the review. I do not think this one experience is representative of her normal service, but it happened me one out of the two times we met and I didn't get a refund or the offer of a discount in the future so I haven't booked again and definitely will not be seeing this provider in the future primarily because she became enraged and told me off after being informed of the negative review. I guess I should have not posted the review if I didn't want that to happen, but in my business when a customer gave me negative feedback whether face to face or through a website we had a policy of trying to correct our service quality and assuring the client that it would never happen again and often gave them a coupon to use on their next visit or offered them their money back. Many times it was this negative feedback that was the most valuable since it helped us make good positive changes that resulted in more repeat business. If our reaction to every negative comment was to tell the client to go to hell or something as harsh as this provider said to me we would have quickly gone out of business.

I have been making an effort to write more reviews both positive and negative recently for several reasons I am sharing here in order to encourage other Premium Access Members to do the same. I believe that the more websharebwith one another both clients and providers we will improve the overall quality and value of the industry in our community. By telling others openly and honestly what happened we will help clients be more accurate on selecting providers who may provide them what they are looking for. Providers will learn what sells and what to do to win more business. It's a win win so write more reviews on ALL your sessions unless there is a good reason not to. Some providers don't want or need the publicity. Sometimes a great arrangement can't handle the truth. Sometimes clients don't want everyone to know how great their favorite provider is because they will get too busy and raise their rates. I still say write more reviews. In the long run we will all benefit.

Mmm. See now, you expect to get an offer for a discount or a freebie but you were sneaky about the bad service. If I saw you, you left (fake) smiling, came back to take me shopping, and then posted a bad review? But you didn't want to say anything to her because of a "budding friendship"? Um. So you didn't tell her it was negative, you just let it be a surprise (wheee!).

Whatever she did or didn't do, your sanctimonious little story leaves me feeling like maybe you got bad service on round two because you have boundary issues.
