Nice to see a post asking for help where a person gets beneficial criticism and uses it to improve without getting defensive. To all those that answered honestly my hats off to you. To Khloe I hope things get better and I am impressed at how you responded to the criticism I know that is not always easy.

You're welcome Khloe...glad the info helped honey! Laz...Khloe has been around for many years...she's a veteran provider. She's just been out of the SA loop for awhile...and things have changed since she's been in LV.

She a mature and intelligent woman...and understands constructive criticism...especially, when it comes from people who she knows has her best interest at heart.
