so....receiving an email now makes you a target of LE? I get spam emails of all types almost daily. If I read an email offering me a part time work at home job for $200 a day, can I be arrested? Spam calls? I have a phone number that used to belong to a woman that died 11 years ago at age 82. If I answer a call from someone telling me I'm eligible for Medicare am I now committing fraud? If I'm walking through Times Square and a woman asks me if I want a "date" have I broken a law? Again....if a stripper giving a private dance takes her pastie off am I a target because i was siting at the bar? Let's be realistic here.

Reading the Indictment, the Grand Jury was impaneled in Oct. 2024, and it charges that the defendant was operating right up to Dec. 2025 using Gmail. So it's likely that local law enforcement got wind of it and brought the state in, who in turn brought in the Feds to make it easier to get Google to comply with a subpeona. Once they had access to all of his emails, as well as all of the people he was in contact with over that time, he was screwed. They also likely had acess to his account long before 12/25, so they probably collected more evidence in real time. Sad thing is, some of those others he was in contact during that time may also have some issues coming their way as well, because you can bet your last dollar the State and the Feds put eyes on them as well.

prior arrests, no bail laws get out

reaffend several times sometimes leading to more murders


then get let out no bail again

According to the indictment he is only charge is using the internet to promote prostitution.
Not the act. Only for using the internet it would be impossible to prove any money exchanged hands. I don’t believe they will call witnesses. They have all the proof they need to charge him
