New electric and communications systems in the new East wing.
Stage with pulpit at one end with room for a big screen TV or movie screen.
Balcony area with 2nd pulpit at the end next to the central part of White House.
Room for a basketball court.
Press area on the open floor for what remains of the press, that can easily be herded in and out.
Kitchen area for catering.
Room for a fake grass golf putting green.
Room for a throne.

Trump is building a ballroom, spending LESS, $300 Million, for a magnificent ballroom, and not a penny of that is coming from taxpayers… CNN is furious.

Now, Hakeem Jeffries wants to investigate him, and now democrats are worried about preserving history… they in fact said the White House was RACIST.

I do have to admit, as I'm sure the other non TDS sufferers here would likely agree, that, you guys on the left are worth the price of admission.

Its fun to watch, if it wasn't so damned sad to see people reduced to nothing but whining, butt hurt, children who never really grew up, and constantly see nothing but the need to bitch about things you can't change.
