Try texting her. That is how I first got ahold of her. As to her not calling you back: she was out of town this past week and also had some phone issues so that might explain things. She's def good at TCOB so if she doesn't get back to you there's gonna be a rational reason.
Not to beat a dead horse (oh I hate that analogy!) but in re Claudia: be polite and gentlemanly and you'll do well with her. She's not your typical "spa girl" by any means.
