If they come to a point of entry and present themselves for inspection, then no they aren't illegal, but depending on circumstances they could be turned back at that point, and many are. Those that cross without inspection have a full year to present themselves at a port of entry to seek asylum. The penalty is a Misdemeanor (like a speeding ticket) and a $250 fine.

Money wise, undocumented immigrants collectively pay about 3x more into the system than they utilize. They are also crucial workers in many industries.

As far as credit cards, phones, hotels and insurance, just false, and you have been drinking the maga cheeto flavored koolaid. In the case of phones for example to track the immigrant and give updates to court stuff they download a program called smartlink their personal phone. If they don't have a phone ICE gives them a basic phone with wifi only, no messaging, etc. It is just for using the Smartlink app and limited calling.

As far as blame, Senator Lankford's bill was nixed by trump. It had basically everything Republicans wanted in it and would have passed with bipartisian support. So who is the pussy now? Trump and scared Republican pussies.

How many people of military age did we let in, which could cause issues with my security, you and your families security? How many MS13 and other gangs did we let in? Was biden, harris, and mayorkas setting us up for another 9/11? It's bad enough America being attacked from outside sources, but to be destroyed from the inside by illegals they turned a blind eye to takes things to a different level.
