So! What do they have to say about the recent protest spate (Free Palestine, et al) on college campuses, like the University of Washington, Columbia, Temple and more?

In Webinar Honoring Convicted Policeman-Murderer Mumia Abu-Jamal, President Of Temple University In Philadelphia's Students For Justice In Palestine (SJP) Rishi Arun Says: It Is Our Job To Destroy Imperialism, The United States, And Capitalism; Mohammed Khatib Of Terror Organization Samidoun: 'If Palestine Is Liberated, This Is A Nail To Dismantle The United States Of America'
May 6, 2025
During an April 24, 2025 webinar celebrating the 71st birthday of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who is serving a prison sentence for the 1981 killing of a police officer, Rishi Arun, President of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) in Temple University, Philadelphia said: "It is our job to destroy imperialism, to destroy the United States [...] by organizing in a way that actively undermines and destabilizes the legitimacy and power of the state." Arun was one of the leading organizers of the Pennsylvania State student encampment in 2024. The event was titled "Twisted Laws: Mumia, Universities & Palestine."
Mohammed Khatib, the Europe coordinator of the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, a U.S- and Canada-Designated terror organization, spoke about the connections between student activism, Palestinian prisoners, and armed struggle. He added: "If Palestine is liberated, this means this is a nail to dismantle the United States of America."
The webinar was shared on Samidoun's website, and opened with a live audio call from Mumia Abu-Jamal himself, who praised the pro-Palestine movement as the most important freedom movement in modern America. Abu-Jamal's connection to the live call was disrupted during his opening remarks, and the webinar proceeded without him. Samidoun has been designated a terrorist entity by both the U.S. and Canada and was described by the U.S. Treasury as a "sham charity" used to raise international funds for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Khaled Barakat, the founder of Samidoun, has been identified by the U.S. government as a senior member of the terrorist group PFLP...

Seems the flavor of this year's Summer of Love may well be Palestine. So far it seems the leading cause. But since their sky is always falling, who knows?
Make no mistake, violence is their means to an end. They don't care about your feelings or country. Those people rely on the blind and deaf to sit idly by. Likewise, they rely on getting deluded patsies to perform said violence normalization via their choreographed performance art.
So if you think their little Summer of Love fest is some sort of Hippy-Dippy Dawning of the Age of Aquarius or just kids running amuck or trying to skip some classes or whatever, think more harder.

So, Am I the only one here who sees the hypocrisy in these statements?
WYID seems to think that liberals like me think that the sky is falling but he also seems to think that there is going to be some kind of massive uprising and violence is going to engulf the country.
I’m worried about
the economy
the rule of law
mass deportations
tariff chaos
the alienation of our allies
MAGA cruelty.
He’s worried about campus violence.
Which do you think is the bigger threat?

Funny thing about the sky
If it keeps falling, yet is always still there: Is just resilient, didn't fall or what?

Not to say all those other fears of the sky falling are not interesting or worthy of a thread of their own, but they are not of this here OP topic. Learn to discern.

14 anti-Israel agitators arrested after violent clash with NYPD at Brooklyn College Gaza camp
The group of masked rioters violently clashed with police and were taken into custody after refusing dispersal orders, police said.
At least 14 people were apprehended at New York City's Brooklyn College on Thursday after a group of anti-Israel agitators attempted to set up a pro-Palestinian encampment on campus. Those arrested have been charged with various offenses, including disorderly conduct and trespassing. The group of masked rioters violently clashed with police and were taken into custody after refusing dispersal orders, police said.
NYPD responded to the Bedford Avenue campus around 6 pm, and upon arrival, officers found the demonstrators "occupying and trespassing on school grounds," the New York Post reported. The encampment was set up around 4:50 pm. Video footage shows keffiyeh-wearing protesters physically clashing with the police as officers moved to disband the occupation.
Seven of the 14 people were arrested, while the other seven received summonses for lower-level offenses, an NYPD spokesperson said Friday, according to Gothamist. Video footage shared on social media shows an officer deploying a taser to subdue a rioter as tension escalated.
Richard Pietras, a spokesperson for CUNY, released a statement on Friday saying that the tents violated school policy. "After multiple warnings to take the tents down and disperse, members of CUNY Public Safety and NYPD removed the tents and dispersed the crowd. The safety of our campus community will always be paramount, and Brooklyn College respects the right to protest while also adhering to strict rules meant to ensure the safe operation of our University," said Pietras.
The Brooklyn College protest came one day after masked anti-Israel militants stormed and temporarily occupied Columbia University's Butler Library while students were studying for final exams, resulting in the suspensions of at least 65 students and 33 outside agitators. Across the country in Washington state, black clad Antifa militants and pro-Palestinian agitators occupied an engineering building on Monday at the University of Washington to protest Israel's war against Hamas. The group set fires, created barricades, and caused more than $1 million in damage to the building. At least 21 students involved in the UW occupation have been suspended and banned from campus.
The Trump administration is probing federal funding for these colleges and others, and the State Department is reviewing student visas.

The good news in all of this rot is the then versus now reactions of the police groups. During the President Auto-Pen regime, these malcontents were allowed to fester for weeks. Recently, these malcontents are treated as a wet clean up in aisle 9 and swept up and tossed in the dustbin, poste haste.
Hey, wait a hairy second! Could this be because the current administration has "encouraged" this behavior by putting the smack-down on their wallets?!?

Minnesota Governor and National Guard Begin Preparing for Riots Over Possible Derek Chauvin Pardon
by Cassandra MacDonald May. 14, 2025
Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota National Guard, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, and Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt have reportedly all been briefed on preparations for potential riots if former police officer Derek Chauvin is granted a presidential pardon.
Chauvin, of course, was the officer filmed kneeling on drug addict George Floyd during his fatal interaction with police. His death caused nationwide deadly Black Lives Matter riots throughout the summer of 2020.
According to a report from local station KSTP, “Multiple sources told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota National Guard, Mayor Jacob Frey and Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt have all been briefed on preparations for possible civil unrest if President Donald Trump pardons former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin for his federal conviction of killing George Floyd.”
“Sources also told KSTP the Minnesota Department of Corrections is ready to pick up Chauvin at a federal penitentiary in Arizona, and bring him back to Oak Park Heights Prison in Minnesota to serve the remainder of his 22-and-a-half-year sentence,” the report added.
However, antifa-supporting Attorney General Keith Ellison told MSNBC over the weekend that Chauvin will not be released.
“He still owes Minnesota 22-and-a-half years. And, he’s going to do it either in Minnesota or somewhere, but he’s not getting out,” Ellison asserted.
On Monday, Gov. Walz told the media, “No indication whether they’re going to do it, but I think it behooves us to be prepared for it. With this presidency, it seems like something they would do.”
The former officer is currently serving two state and federal 21-year sentences for violating Floyd’s civil rights and second-degree murder.
Chauvin was stabbed 22 times by fellow inmate John Turscak at the medium-security Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Tucson, Arizona, in 2023.
President Donald Trump has not publicly indicated if he is considering pardoning Chauvin.

Racist bullshit, bud. Unlinked (but underlined) crap you probably found on social media. Amazing how you took a bad attempt at trolling and turned it into a good old fashioned screed.
Apparently you were able to impress at least one of the usual suspects.

First and foremost; at least you made it Step 5 in a single bound. Glad you picked up a bit of starch in yer shorts.
The Tactics of the lame:- Say the source is biased
- Get a pole dancer or other fact-checker (ministry of truther) on record
- Use labels
- Character assassination
- In case of fire, break glass and call them a racist
Rinse and repeat.
But I did not realize until this very day that you may be impeded with some sort of learning disability. I would think you would know how the internets and media reporting works by now. Might I recommend you spend more time in the Technical forum to bone it up a bit? That way, there is some slim chance you may be able to participate in meaningful dialog in these here fora.
Regardless; Karen on, you Wayward Son.

Learning disability? Based on what, doc?
Nah. I just know a finalist for DOTY when he trolls the board. Shit, man, you may be blowing out the field . At least that’s what people are saying.
Let’s see how the court rules in your diagnosis, doc.

Adults Must Ring Doorbell for Entry After D.C. Area McDonald’s Bans Under 21-year-Olds From Indoor Dining for “Repeated Incidents of Student Violence”
by Kristinn Taylor May. 11, 2025
A McDonald’s restaurant in the progressive Washington, D.C. suburb of Fairfax County, Virginia has banned under 21-year-olds from indoor dining after “repeated incidents of student violence.” Adults must ring a doorbell to be let in by staff.
The McDonald’s is located just outside the Beltway in the Franconia neighborhood between Alexandria and Springfield. It has been a popular hangout for students of several nearby schools, including Thomas A. Edison High School.
A sign posted at the door says, “RING THE DOORBELL SAFETY NOTICE: Effective immediately. Due to repeated incidents of student violence, this McDonald’s location is temporarily closed for dine-in service to anyone under 21 years of age. The decision was made to protect our staff, our guests, and our community. Adults — we are still here to serve you! Please ring the doorbell, and a member of our team will assist you. We thank you for understanding as we work to keep our restaurant a safe and welcoming place for all. Management.”
Under 21s can still use the drive-thru and pick up meals ordered on the app...
