In many posts, begining in mid 2020 I tink, I predicted that Joe Biden wold not finish his full four years in office. I suggested several scenarios. Among them was that he would strategicly step aside or develop some health issue that would force him out . . .or that the Democrat machine woujld force him out. I may have been wrong there as he may yet serve out fours.

The bet in question was that: On Jan 20th, 2025, either I or YR would stop posting for ten days, dependent on who was sworn in and who was not. I explicitly said that if Mr. Biden was sworn in, I would not post. YP accepted, agreeing that he would not post if Mr. Trump was sworn in.

When M r. Biden was forced out of the running, I effectively won my side of the bet. On Jan 20th, YP will lose his end of the bet when DJT takes the oath of office . . ." . . .the good Lord willing and the crik don;t rise." as Ern ie Ford used to say.

He might still win his end of it though. There have been two real assassination attempts and at least one (that we know of) foiled Iranian plot to kill Mr. Trump.

As far as I am concerned, the terms of the bet are still in effect.

I would ask the mods to rule on this simply enforce it but they probably won't.
