It's all about supply and demand, type of client (that's a big one) quality of the lady and the biggest thing that I found that determines pricing is........location, location, location!
Some pay boutique pricing, some pay retail, some pay wholesale and some pay like it fell off the truck, the product is still the same. This is the same for a ladies compensation. Get in where you fit it
