I have YR on ignore but I see you quoted him so I'll go ahead and answer the question. We shouldn't care about Hunter Biden. We should care whether President Biden lied to the American people about supposedly not knowing what Hunter was doing and lying about taking meetings with Hunter's partners not to mention the fact according to a well respected eyewitness in Tony Bobulinski, that Joe Biden was the head of Hunter Biden enterprises and made all the decisions concerning Hunter's activities. That's why Joe Biden insisted on meeting Tony Bobulinski in person when Hunter wanted to make him CEO of his China connections and Joe had final approval on that hire.
Ask you self, if all that is true and I believe the evidence suggest that it does, would President Biden be impeached by a Republican House in 2022? I think you know the answer to that.

I don't really follow the Hunter Biden thing. YR just assumed that someone who enjoys in H I M = obsessed with Hunter Biden. I don't think I've ever mentioned Hunter Biden on this forum.

No, that's not his style, insinuation seems to be his style. Proving or at least attempting to prove an allegation ( he made ) that Ivanka traded influence with dad ( like Hunter did ) for money when what really happened was that Ivanka and Jared saw a chance to get in on a lucrative law that Congress passed in 1990 and plenty of other people in and out of the real estate business were cashing in. Why shouldn't they since it was in their wheel house? There was no benefit to going to Ivanka instead of the multitude of other players because there was a set amount of many that anybody could give and get the deal. Trump had nothing to do with picking the recipients that I know of but if anybody has proof that he did, then that would be a story indeed.
Did Vitaman provide that proof? If he did, I missed it.
He is asking us to refute what, that Ivanka like hundreds of thousands of other Americans made money from Chinese citizens? Yes she did! Is that the same as what Hunter and Joe Biden did? Not even close but some people just can't get past TDS.

I only brought you into the discussion because you posted a quote from YR that I other wise wouldn't have seen because I have him on ignore and I thought it deserved an answer.

I have YR on ignore also ... for years now ... even when he was AWOL. I've never seen anything that "deserved" a response, but feel obligated to call him out when he lies about posters on here ... or when he discloses personal information about them.

At least some one knows about the EB-5 visa.....that's a start.
Ivanka and Jared flew to China to give seminars to Chinese about their hastily arranged projects, to get them to invest their money.......in promise for a possible investor visa. During this time Trump was railing against the Chinese, and the EB-5 visa was being considered to be shut down.
There are strict guidelines for projects to qualify to use under the EB5 visa program. Too bad the projects did not follow or meet the guidelines. Several were just paper projections. But they collected the money,
and followed the Trump family motto: "Just get the money, that is the main thing."
Jared, aka senior advisor to the president.
Now they have the money, and soon will enjoy their new place in FL. $ 32 million, just for the land.

Isn't it worthy of respect to be able to guide and educate one's family and their friends and spouses to understand the advantages of creating business and providing economic development that is prosperous ....
.. as opposed to educating them on how to stuff shit up their nose and in their asses while posing for pics after being gifted of millions for knowing and doing nothing because one's DADDY is VPOTUS?
BTW ... how's that space rental going between your ears?
And getting rid of your engrained RACISM out to be a priority.

And they have been investigated, questioned about all that and no charges so far. Of course the same could be said about Hunter, I'm just predicting that Hunter's outcome is going to be very different. I could be wrong, not about what he did, there is no question about that. Whether he gets charged is the only thing up for debate IMHO.

Kushner Companies Said to Be Under Investigation Over Visa Program
Federal prosecutors are investigating Kushner Companies, the real estate firm owned by the family of Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and senior adviser, over its use of a program that grants visas to wealthy overseas investors.
The authorities, in part, are looking into the role of Mr. Kushner’s sister, Nicole Meyer, according to a person familiar with the matter who confirmed the inquiry.
The investigation centers on the real estate company’s use of the so-called EB-5 program, which offers visas to foreigners in exchange for a $500,000 investment. Critics say the program has weak oversight and lax rules.
At a marketing event in May, Ms. Meyer promoted the company’s connections to the Trump administration as she courted Chinese investors for a pair of luxury apartment towers being built by the Kushner Companies in New Jersey. The project “means a lot to me and my entire family,” she told prospective investors at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Beijing.
Sounds like the sister is at the center of the investigation.
Mr. Kushner gave up his role running the family company in January. He still owns a significant piece of the business.
In a statement, Kushner Companies’ general counsel, Emily Wolf, said the company was cooperating with the authorities.
“EB-5 is a longstanding federal program that is frequently used by many large developers to raise funds and help create jobs,” Ms. Wolf said. “Kushner Companies utilized the program, fully complied with its rules and regulations and did nothing improper.”
She added: “Neither Kushner Companies nor Nicole Meyer have done anything wrong in connection with the EB-5 program, and any suggestion to the contrary is simply false. The company and Ms. Meyer are cooperating with all legal requests in order to show that they did everything properly and clear up any questions.”
And to be fair, Hunter Biden is saying the very same thing. But they have a laptop from Hunter with all kinds of "problematic" emails that I haven't heard exist in Jared's companies e-mails.
he investigation was reported earlier by The Wall Street Journal, which said Kushner Companies had received a subpoena. The focus of the investigation is unclear.
Created in 1990, the program was intended to provide financing for projects in areas with high unemployment. It has turned into a popular source of cheap financing for luxury developments.
There are no federal standards to define the areas that qualify for the program. And developers have been accused of providing gerrymandered maps to qualify.
Soooo, "that's not what we intended when we wrote the law" probably won't cut it in any criminal prosecution.
