shit happens.. providers flake clients flake. it frustrating on both ends. I had this happen to me a couple months ago... went to see a lady and when I got there she didn't answer her line... she did apologize the next morning saying she fell asleep.

So let's say there's this provider, right? And let's say that this provider (who shall remain nameless) goes out of her way to spend time complaining on a online forum about guys NCNS-ing and talking about how guys can't appreciate that providers have lives and other things to do.

Well I contacted a provider just like that last night. After some texting back and forth we agreed we'd meet up after I finished work today. She said she'd text me the address to go to closer to the appointment time.

So it gets to be about an hour before the appointment and I haven't heard anything, so I text mysterious provider X to let her know I'm free and heading her way (I know the general area of town from her reviews).

Well, guess what? I didn't get a reply to that text, or to the follow up text I send AT our appointment time. I've driven to her area and am sitting waiting for further instructions (I mean after all she had JUST posted about how annoying NCNS is so she wouldn't do that to client she JUST made the appointment with less than 24 hours ago, right?).....

So... uh, yeah....wrong....

Here I am blue balled again.... yay me.... Fun times....

I get that providers can be flaky, I really do (and so can clients)... but to have SUCH a strong opinion of NCNS and then do that right after? That's got to be next level stuff, right?

It would've been wise if you'd stayed put until you heard back from her. Don't always assume her incall is in the same area her reviews say it is. Providers switch places all the time.

Now if she posts on the board saying you NCNS'd her, say that you never got an address, which you actually didn't. And make sure you don't try to see her again because nothing good will come from this.

Yes of course, you're absolutely right. I just figured that the ncns thing seemed important enough to her that if she wasn't going to be able to make it she'd at least let me know, treat others as you wish to be treated and all that.

Okay so I've probably beat this one to death now, but I thought this was too funny not to share.

So after my last post about MsLuvly going off on one here over ncns, then doing exactly that, I got a text from her.

She had the usual "family emergency" reason that she wasn't able to text me to cancel our appointment.She was apologetic and said she wanted to make it up to me.

I figured why not, maybe it really was just a one off, right? So we arrange to meet over lunch time today and agree that she'll send me the address nearer to the appointment time.

So here I sit, a loaded gun and nowhere to shoot as she ncns on me again. I can only assume her sick cousin broke her thumbs so she can't text anymore...

Honestly I wasn't really expecting much but I thought that after all she had to say on the subject it was funny that she is not exactly being the change she wants to see in the world... ��

And where was the text asking if we still had a date?? Actually at this moment I am sitting in this hospital room visiting my cousin as I text! Perhaps a simple are we still on for lunch would of been more appropriate and appreciated. Before you go bashing my name get basics! Over all the years your the first crybaby that has "claimed" ncns over a appointment that was never confirmed! So before you choose to bash a provider double check if the appointment is still on. Ka-pee-sh?
