I've organized, or attended probably 20+ GB's and there's never been a fee other that to cover the cost of the rental of the location, IF there is a charge at all.
Some guys just like to cum and go, others hang and play, or repeat.

But if there was a "fee" for the fems, I, like most of the others in our play group, would def pass on the event.

Reasons it would be difficult to do:

I would have to have a high level of reciprocated respect with everyone involved which I can't see a way to achieve unless you know everyone involved. Guys, I think you're going to be hard pressed to find a provider who would do it for free or just to cover the rent/refreshments. At the functions I've organized, or attended, condoms are always the rule, and ironically, self policing is very good. Screening is almost not necessary, the group(s) I've been in/around are strangely polite and cooperative.
