There are multiple sites geared towards panty selling. The issue is that there are not enough members to make it easy to have a selection of local girls to choose from. Almost everyone who buys panties wants them fresh and wants to make the exchange in person so they know that it's actually a girl they're buying panties from. That's why Craigslist is popular for such purchases. What's the point in buying used panties unless they're moist and fresh when you get them?

Having worked for a plastic films conversion company I know there are ways of sealing these items so they will last for months. As far as the issue of knowing the ladie actually wore them , a pic with some kind of identifying mark on them with her wearing them could be provided. Hence I am not sure if Japanese really vend these , but I know it is a possibilty, they are very inovative people.

How about a company that develops a discreet appointment/messaging service for ladies and men to use so they don't have to use third party apps for texting.

Allows for messaging between ladies and clients.
Allows ladies to provide images to specific clients.
Allows ladies to manage schedules and leave notes on clients.
Allows ladies to accept payments discretely and without needing to do the envelope dance. (think like Uber)
