The feeders are under water all over .even the Beltway, starting at Briar Forrest if you're heading North
No tolls on the highways but damn near all exits are blocked...had to make a U turn on West Little York and head back South
More rain coming so stay your ass home
Thanks to Courtney, I got my nuts drained Sunday evening

I am worried about my apartment. My dragons may be drowning! My entire RenFest and Celtic collections of costumes, props, and decor, things I've spent 35 years amassing, may be in jeopardy. No type of insurance can cover that loss, so... GRRRRRRRRRR.

You can get another apartment,,,You can get more dragons that can easily fend for themselves,,,You can't take you collections with you in the next world. You are too materialistic for your own good.

I am not materialistic and know that materialism is short-lived and doesn't mean you are living a quality life,,,But then again I am not a money-motivated whore so maybe that is why I am the way I am.

I'm not talking bags o' gold, a mansion, a sports car, minks, and diamonds. I value the history and tradition of my heritage and therefore like to surround myself with items that represent the magic and mythology of the Emerald Isle and remind me of my family, now mostly deceased. Many of my items are unique but not that valuable, yet they have a memory and/or a special person attached.
So, collecting art, relics, and memorabilia is materialistic? Tell that to museums preserving various cultures, educating us about our past so that we respect our future. Sculpture and paintings throughout the ages have taught us that beauty is highly interpretive, something that relates well to the Hobby.
Arguing this with you is useless. You have an appalling lack of appreciation for human feelings coming from "whores" who are evidently far beneath your superior ethereal self, and evidently not a drop of sentimentality dribbles within your veins.

Your history and tradition are in your DNA and can be absorbed without engaging in materialism,,,Go to your nearest library and gather info,,,One or two photos and a lot of memories will help reminisce with the deceased,,,Collecting things is hoarding and will create massive amounts of clutter,,,Lack of appreciation for human feelings? I am trying to live my life in the real world where people express and show their feelings to one another on every day of the week. You are stuck in the past and can't move on.

The new mayor won on the solving the pothole problem platform,,,Flooding is another "pothole" in itself. Some people won't mind that Gunspoint disappears from the map.

How about you go on ahead of us there then. Now is a good time.
P.S. being broke, living in section eight housing and trolling eccie forums from the public library computer does not count as "not being materialistic"
You still living? Damn.
